Reiki level 1

"Introduce the gift of Reiki to your life"

During my Reiki level 1 training, you will learn how to transform your own energy for self-healing and growth and how heal any current and past energy imbalances. You will learn how to feel Reiki energy and the principles of Reiki and its history.

You will also learn how give a Reiki treatment to others and how to use this amazing energy in all areas of your life.

This is a wonderful opportunity to become aware of how your body is continually speaking to you. All you have to do is slow down and listen which is where the self-healing practice comes in!

This course is suitable for complete beginners who would like to learn more about Reiki energy and begin to practice energy work, as well as anyone wishing to refresh their Reiki training. Whether you just want to learn for the benefit for yourself or if you want to become a practising healer, this is the perfect first step.

​

After reiki level 1 you’ll have the ability to do self-healing, contributing to your own healing. You’ll also be able to use Reiki to treat family & friends and pets (in a non-professional capacity).

Starting at 10:30am finishing at 4.30pm

Course Content

  • Outline of the course content

  • - You will learn what reiki is and how you can work with it

  • - How reiki works with our entire system on all levels

  • - History of Reiki

  • - Receive a Reiki Attunement

  • - Discuss the Reiki Principles

  • - Practice scanning and sensing the chakras / energy

  • - Discuss how you can bringing Reiki into all areas of your life

  • - Give and receive a full reiki treatment

Accredited Reiki Level 1 certificate

 

Pre requisite

A good standard of written and verbal English.

What’s included in the course fee 

  • Along with the reiki theory and hands on practice, you will receive:

  • Your Comprehensive Reiki Level 1 Manual

  • Guided Reiki Self Practice for use at home

  • Accredited Reiki Level 1 certificate

Payment Schedule

Or £50 deposit 

Followed by 1 x £100 instalments or 2 x £50 instalments.

All payments must be settled before training day.
