About Me

Over the years I have developed a very effective healing and therapy method that my clients love, and combining my knowledge I am able to tailor each therapy so it can be as effective for my client as possible.

I also love to combine my passion for teaching and therapies and I qualified as a teacher trainer in 2015.

My training is certified by Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT) and also the International Guild of Complementary Therapists (IGCT)

All of my training groups are run in small groups in comfortable and relaxed environment.  I am also happy to run a 1:1 session if that is what is preferred.  

Training sessions are currently run two locations - Hamworthy, Poole, Dorset and also at White Thyme, Purewell, Christchurch, Dorset.
